NOTICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Acknowledgement of this agreement, in the form of a signature below, is required to receive studio services.

1. Studio Session Payment

• 1.1 In consideration for the studio session services rendered at LPM Studio, Artist agrees to make a payment in the amount of $50/hr (the "Session Payment”). All studio sessions require a 50% deposit in order to book a session. Deposits are due at the time of the booking. Session will not be scheduled until after the deposit has been paid. 

2. Additional Fees and Public Release

• 2.1 The Studio Session Payment covers the basic recording services provided by LPM Studio. However, the Artist acknowledges that there are additional fees associated with the services that may affect the public release of the recorded song.
• 2.2 Instrumentals created by personnel at LPM Studio requires a separate lease or purchase agreement/contract ("Instrumental Agreement") to grant permission for the use of the instrumental in any public or display< and must be paid before the media is released by the studio.
• 2.3 The Artist cannot legally release the recorded song until the Instrumental Agreement has been signed by both LPM Studios and the Artist requesting the permissions.

3. Beat Lease Package Descriptions and Additional Costs

1. Basic Lease: $30

• Mp3 (Untagged)
• Commercial Use
• Distribution Up To 5,000 Sales
• Up TO 500,00 Streams
• 100% Royalty Free
• Option To Upgrade Lease
• Must Credit Producer

1. Standard Lease: $50

• Wave + Mp3 (Untagged)
• Commercial Use
• Distribution Up To 7,000 Sales
• Up TO 1,000,00 Streams
• 100% Royalty Free
• Option To Upgrade Lease
• Must Credit Producer

1. Unlimited Lease: $200

• Trackouts + Wave + Mp3 (Untagged)
• Commercial Use
• Unlimited Sales
• Unlimited Streams
• 100% Royalty Free
• Option To Upgrade Lease
• Must Credit Producer
• 3.2 The Artist agrees to review the package descriptions to understand the amount of the additional costs associated with the specific services rendered.

4. Payment Method

• 4.1 Payment for additional fees and package costs shall be made via [Payment Method] at the end of the recording session, BEFORE song files will be released.

5. Mutual Agreement

• 5.1 Both parties acknowledge that the studio payments & additional fees outlined in this Payment Agreement are subject to mutual agreement, and any changes or modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both the Artist and LPM Studio.
